1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MovieME and/or SpeakDesigner (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This Service is currently offered as a beta product, and features may change at any time.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides AI-assisted tools for generating, editing, and managing digital media, including images, frames, clips, and video content.

MovieME operates as a media generation engine. SpeakDesigner is a user-facing interface that may utilize the MovieME engine.

3. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is provided in beta form. You acknowledge that features may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice, outputs may fail, be lost, or be inconsistent, downtime may occur, and data persistence is not guaranteed.

You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts, revoke access at any time, and limit usage or features.

5. Usage, Credits, and Tokens

The Service may use a token or credit system to control usage. Tokens may be granted, adjusted, or revoked at our discretion. During beta, tokens may be provided manually or for free. Future pricing and billing models may change at any time.

We may limit or throttle usage to protect system stability.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transform, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Generated Content

Content generated by the Service ("Generated Content") is provided to you for your use, may be stored by the system, and may be influenced by AI models and may not be unique.

You are responsible for how you use Generated Content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any specific purpose.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute illegal content, generate harmful, abusive, or exploitative material, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to bypass system safeguards, overload, scrape, or abuse system resources, or interfere with other users or system operations.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. System Integrity and Abuse

We reserve the right to limit concurrent jobs, pause generation, restrict access, and monitor usage patterns to maintain system performance and prevent abuse.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including AI models, storage, and authentication services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, external service failures, or changes in third-party behavior.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and underlying systems, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not reverse engineer, resell access, or copy or replicate the system without permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, system abuse, or operational or security concerns.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or performance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, or issues arising from generated content.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
